Description
A simple, all-natural fat-burning drink made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, ginger, and cinnamon. Perfect for daily detox and metabolism boost.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 cup warm filtered water
Instructions
- Add the warm water and apple cider vinegar to a glass or mason jar.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
- Stir in the cinnamon and grated ginger until fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture sit for five minutes to infuse.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
- Optional: Add 1 tsp of raw honey or a few drops of stevia if needed.
Notes
