Description

A powerful glow-boosting drink rich in beta-carotene, antioxidants, and healthy fats to naturally support radiant, healthy skin.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 orange (peeled)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp MCT oil or avocado oil
  • 3/4 cup cold water or coconut water

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the carrots and mango. Peel the orange and rinse the spinach.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Adjust with more water for desired texture.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store in a sealed container for up to 24 hours. Shake before drinking. Optional add-ins: raw honey, aloe vera juice.
