Description

A nutrient-packed juice loaded with beta-carotene from carrots, spinach, and mango to naturally boost retinol levels and support glowing, healthy skin.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 sweet potato (steamed and cooled)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 mango or papaya (cubed)
  • 1/4 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tsp avocado oil or a few avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or juicer.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust with lemon or mango as preferred.
  4. Pour into a glass and drink immediately for best results.

Notes

Drink on an empty stomach in the morning. Add turmeric or ginger for extra skin support. Store up to 24 hours in the fridge, shake before use.
