A quick and flavorful noodle dish featuring juicy steak bites in a garlicky, buttery sauce.
Ingredients

- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a hot pan, add the steak pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until juicy.
- Lower the heat, add minced garlic and butter, stirring until foamy.
- Add the cooked noodles back into the pan, splash with soy sauce, and sprinkle with brown sugar; toss well.
- Finish with green onions and chili flakes if desired, then serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to avoid clumping.
